So....how was my day today? Well does 'cack' mean anything to you?

First off, I for some reason agreed to go into work to help some six formers with photoshop and traditional black and white photography tips. So I woke up with a swollen throat that made me fell sick almost every half hour.

Then when I finally got the work, I'd bloody well forgotten my keys so had to ring my brother to come down from his office and let me in *sigh*

Well, work passed by extremely quickly (thank gawd) and I was very happy to go home. Once at home, I spent a couple of hours writing me book...which is going surprisingly well (yay me)

So then the time for training came round - 7pm. Most of the day the weather had been quite nice today BUT no come 7 and it starts to piss down......of course!

Only 17 people turned up for training and me, being a stupid bugger, brought my astro-boots instead of blades so was slipping and sliding all over the bloody place.

Anyway, to cut a long story short...I was soaked through to the skin....pissed off...cold....and worried my illness would progress to something more than a swollen throat.

On a lighter note (says in a totally changed tonre from the above) I got home in time to watch Battlestar Galactica at 9pm and seeing Jamie Bamber (Apollo) cheered me up a great deal

Umm.....that's it....all done.....you can go read/do something more interesting now...don't wanna waste anymore time with this bunch of rubbish.

I seem to have forgotten about this haven't I.....


Well let's see....

2 weeks ago (I think....doesn't seem that long ago) I got electrocuted. Not as bad as it sounds. I was putting up wall displays and an old wire that was left up (where the clock use to be before it fell down), that we assumed wasn't live was hanging near my hand. So I'm pulling this staple out at my hand slips downwards and I feel a sharp pain and a tingling sensation move down my thumb to my wrist.
Now luckily the current wasn't that strong but I always went into shock but managed to calm myself down (even though my heart rate shot up to around 90...which is just over 30 beats more than my resting heart rate).

Anyway enough about that....

As most of you are aware, I'm working as an Art & Photography Technician on a temporary basis at my old school/college. Well last week the full-time position was advertised so I have handed in my application and CV for that - so fingers crossed no-one more qualified will apply
It closes 28th so hopefully I'll know by the end of next week whether I'll be staying on or not...

What else? Oh yes, we, Dagenham & Redbridge Ladies FC, won the Essex County Cup this weekend - for the 4th successive year......and both teams (first and reserves) are looking good for medals/trophies this year. The First team sitting pretty at the top of their table and us Reserves/the second half of the team (as we like to be known ) are sitting in the runner's up spot for the league AND are looking good to progress into the Semi-Finals of our Cup run.

I have two weeks off (for Easter hols) coming up and so will be doing ALOT of writing on my book - and also will be attempting to work on various WIP Fanfics (Charmed; Supernatural; Mag 7) AND also some things for the board.

I think that's all I can think of to write at the mo.......unless you count that I FINALLY passed 1000 posts *woo*

*blows raspberry....kicks and throws things....scowl and glare*
